1992 Supreme Court Decision - US vs WilliamsWe the people have been providentially provided legal recourse to address the criminal conduct of persons themselves entrusted to dispense justice.
In the Supreme Court case of United States v. Williams, 112 S. Ct. 1735, 504 U.S. 36, 118 L. Ed. 2d 352 (1992), Justice Antonin Scalia, writing the Majority Opinion, confirmed that the American Grand Jury is neither part of the judicial, executive nor legislative branches of government, but instead belongs to the people.
It is in effect a fourth branch of government "governed" and administered to directly by and on behalf of the American people, and its authority emanates from the 5th Amendment of the Bill of Rights.
Thus, citizens have the unbridled right to empanel their own grand juries and present "True Bills" of indictment to a court, which is then required to commence a criminal proceeding. Our Founding Fathers presciently thereby created a "buffer" that the people may rely upon for justice, when public officials, including judges, criminally violate the law.

The government is actually a corporation?
In 1871, after having suffered serious financial devastation due to the Civil War, the 41st Congress created a contract with the Crown to pay back debt. That contract was only to be the 10 square miles of Washington DC. However in 1940 the Buck's Act annexed all states. This corporation, or service company created by the crown to manage the contract was only to be in place a briefly, until our debt was paid and Americans could mobilize to take back control of the natural government. With power and money it served the contract company to continue and prevent knowledge of this via compulsory public schooling. Please see documentation of this in the "Resources" page.
Do you have to submit papers to free yourself of the de facto government?
No. A fraud has been perpetrated on you. Fraud vitiates everything. You would not submit paperwork to the same corporation that defrauded you in the first place. That would be giving legitimacy to the de facto government. You are a free, private American.

Field Training Manual 2000-25
1928 The War Department issued Field Training Manual 2000-25 on Citizenship and how to return to a Republican form of Constitutional government from a Democracy. General Douglas MacArthur studied under this manual.
1932 Franklin Delano Roosevelt orders the Training Manual 2000-25 and all negative references to a Democracy destroyed with no explanation. 1945 General Douglas MacArthur created Project Bluebook where he handpicked a few of the brightest in the special forces and trained them in nation building and the Constitution. The men who participated in Project Bluebook formed the restore America plan. 2009 Those who studied under General Douglas MacArthur and the Restore America Plan initiated the resettling of counties and states via original jurisdiction assemblies. The Michigan General Jural Assembly (MGJA) adjourned the Congress Sine Die March 14th 1861 session, brought it forward to 2010, and scheduled the next meetings proper each month since to today’s interim status. 2011 Notice was given to office of POTUS, Michigan Governor, et-al and remains unrebutted through today. December 2011 MGJA issued 21 Requisitions to Office of POTUS, Joint Chiefs of Staff, Pentagon, and Secretary of State.
Under President Abraham Lincoln, Congress adjourned Sine Die March 14th 1861 session. Michigan General Jural Assembly ( MGJA brought it forward to 2010 and scheduled the next meeting proper each month since to today's interim status.
